Individual Sessions


1:1 Mindful EmPOWERment Sessions


These highly individualized, soothing breathing and relaxation sessions are for anyone experiencing pain, stress, anxiety, or just wanting to gain a greater sense of health and wellbeing. Our sessions are customized to meet the unique needs of each individual.


After gaining an understanding of your unique goals, we work together on optimizing healthy breathing patterns, learn to fully relax the mind and body, develop visualization strategies, and implement a set of techniques into a program that can be practiced at home. We make a customized essential oils blend for each client, as well.


In between the weekly session, you are encouraged to reach out via email or phone if a question arises, or if you would like any additional suggestions or support. Our goal is to teach valuable strategies and see them incorporated into our clients' everyday lives. Each person that comes to us is treated with the utmost of attention and support.

Corporate Sessions


The corporate work environment is an arena filled with high stress levels, deadlines and expectations that never stop, and inherent pressure and competition. As a health alternative to the ever-popular Happy Hour, Stop and Breathe proudly offers 'Relaxy Hour' as a way to learn stress- management techniques to manage the day-to-day stress that inherently comes in the corporate environment. Each group class is highly customized to meet the goals and needs of the individuals in the group. There is a wonderful sense of community and camaraderie when a group practices our valuable techniques. We can hold workshops in a conference room or any large space with comfortable chairs.


We also offer ‘Zenful Aging’ Workshops that are highly popular in residential communities, senior centers, or for any group or individual that wants to alleviate the detrimental effects of aging while supporting this process in a healthy way.


By teaching healthy breathing, relaxation, visualization skills, and insomnia strategies, we sharpen focus, reduce pain, improve sleep, boost memory, alleviate depression, decrease anxiety, and begin to feel better overall.
